We are looking to buy property and property companies

Based in Stavanger, Lys Bolig acquires, develops and operates property with a long-term perspective. We are particularly interested in renovation properties, large buildings and companies with substantial property portfolios. Location, condition, current use and development potential inform our assessment.

You do not need a completed sales prospectus to contact us. A short overview is enough to start a discussion. An enquiry creates no obligation to sell or buy.

Include the address or area, property type, approximate size and a short description of its condition. Share your price expectation and preferred sale date if you have them. A listing link, prospectus or photographs may also help.

For rental property, include the number of units, overall rental income and whether it is fully or partly occupied. Keep the first enquiry general; tenant personal details and copies of lease agreements are not needed to start the conversation.

We review the information and discuss whether the property could be relevant. If there is a basis to proceed, we agree on further dialogue about documentation, a viewing and the conditions of a potential transaction.
