We have not added analytics or marketing cookies to the website. Here we explain storage for sign-in and for remembering that you closed the first-visit notice.
The first-visit notice provides information; it does not request consent to tracking.
Sign-in
Supabase Auth uses necessary sign-in storage in localStorage, with keys such as sb-<project>-auth-token. An existing stored session can also be read and refreshed on public pages. You can browse the website without signing in.
Acknowledging the first-visit notice
The sessionStorage key lysbolig:privacy-info:v1 receives value 1 only after you select “Understood”. It remembers that the notice was closed in this tab. It contains no visitor ID and is not consent. This is session storage for the tab.
Search and forms
Housing filters are in the URL so a search can be shared or reopened. Do not put names, contact details or messages in a search URL. Contact and interest forms are only sent when you choose to submit.
No optional tracking tools
We do not ask for consent to analytics or marketing on this page. “Understood” only acknowledges the information. Fonts on the public website are hosted locally.
External Google services
Google Maps and Google Forms are external links and are not embedded here. Opening a link takes you to Google’s website, with its own privacy policy linked below. Images and project media with external URLs are requested from the provider at that address when displayed.
Your choices
You can reopen the information using the privacy button at the bottom of the page. Your browser settings let you remove local website data; doing so may also sign you out. Contact kontakt@lysbolig.no with questions. Our privacy page explains enquiry processing and your rights.
